Locking Nut to Bolt Conversion Kit

Was not happy with the way these install into the lug nuts. There is no 'stop' and one of the pair tightened at about the right depth but the second one continued until it bottomed out and was unusable. Instructions to torque to 30-35 ft-lbs was impossible using an allen wrench, and I twisted an existing allen wrench in two trying to get them to that torque by holding the key in a vice.
