I love the wallet but it has no durability

Truly I think the wallet is great, everything it needs to do it does, the. only downside is the durability is so incredibly bad. I dropped my old one and it just stopped functioning as it should the cards would not push up. The warranty is great and they replaced it without any questions, with the new one I accidentally dropped it again, after having it for maybe a week, and it broke the same way as the other one. Definitely an issue that needs figured out before I could recommend anyone purchase this.

I received a groove wallet for Christmas (ok bought for myself) hahaha. It had a problem holding the cards in. Sent an email to customer service and within minutes received a code to replace the wallet!! Unbelievable and two days later brand new wallet arrived! I have 3 belts, 2 belt hangers, 1 new replaced wallet and a Zeus ring....super products and excellent customer service!! Thank you

Great lifetime warranty

My wallet dropped and it broke the mechanics on the inside. Sent an inquiry about it and they got back to me in less than an hour and sent me a brand new wallet. The new wallet got here in less than a week. 5+ stars!!
