Satisfaction affected by rapport
Tried to adjust my order but communication was delayed with Rellery so that my item was shipped before they could do anything. Also got a coupon late and they would not honor it. I think it’s expensive for what it is. Hoping it does not tarnish and that if it does they will honor their guarantee. Time will only tell.
