Otis | Sourdough Starter

At the moment, it is doing well. We are still working on creating the best loaf by trying different methods. The taste and crispness of the loaf has been perfect.

Otis is excellent! It took 3 days for me to get it going only because my kitchen wasn’t warm enough but when I stuck my starter in my oven with the stove light on- bam! Beautiful expansion and it’s still going strong. Thank you WWF!
