Malachite Heart Initial Necklace

Did not receive the Malachite heart. Several days after ordering I was notified that it was out of stock. They substituted another heart and luckily my daughter likes it. In general all the pieces I purchased are nice and she loves them. The process was stressful. They divided the order in to 2 shipments and never told me. So the first arrived half complete and without the heart just 4 days before Christmas. They have no phone number so you can't call. The second package did arrive in time but communication would have been helpful so I didn't panic 4 days before Christmas.
