The caramel flavour is a great taste with either oatmilk, coconut (oatmilk), or straight up full cream milk. Great for those with a sweet flavour preference without the sugar,sweetener calories. BUT that's just my personal prefernces

Coffee flavour is great. Have not used it long enough to confirm beneficial effects, however definitely no negative effects. If I had one criticism it would be the power of the frother, on first use it nearly emptied the mug of drink - moral, make drink in large jug and decant after frothing.

I have tried loads of similar products but I have been unable to drink them, this tastes amazing. I love a caramel coffee and this is beautiful both hot and cold. It is now my go to morning cuppa 🤩
