I am really happy with the Rotel CD14MK2 CD Player. I'm hearing little tell tale sounds that I've never heard before from certain Cds in my collection. I think that the Rotel CD14MK2 CD Player is as good as a Cd player can get without breaking the bank. To get something better, thousands would have to be spent for about a 2% improvement in fidelity. Only one very small complaint, the motor is a little noisy and can be heard from about 18 inches from the player when the amp's volume is turned off. Of course, it can't be heard when the volume is turned on. I called Rotel and they said that it is "normal". Very minor issue but I think that should be corrected. (I have a cheap Sony Cd player that's 20 yrs old and it's dead silent.) ListenUp is fantastic! Great customer service! Really nice people!
