Great Cardigan and Great Customer Service

I received the Tough as a Mother cardigan, but a few weeks later, one of the sleeves ripped on its own. I reached out to customer service and they provided another sweater for me, which was amazing. No questions asked, no issues. The sweater in itself is incredibly soft and comfortable and the material feels like it's worth the cost. Also just how it lays -- very flattering and adorable. I'd buy another (and I have!)
