I had few hiccups with my order (I received a defective part and was unable to assemble the “no tool bed” then, the replacement part didn’t arrive due to shipping provider inefficiencies…) But the Ineshi support team was fantastic and shipped another part via Auspost so in all, I am happy to still give it a 5 stars review despite the pain as Ineshi support was appropriate and the bed is gorgeous!
