Good clutch poor service

I purchased recently a clutch bag as a present for my wife. Within minutes of me paying I was looking around the Karmine site when I came across the statement “Bags Half Price” I have a screenshot shot of the advert. However when I rang up Karmine to reduce to half what I had paid for the bag I was told that advert should have been removed and that I would receive no price reduction I have purchased other items, a shoulder bag for my wife and tanned ‘roo skins as I myself plait leather belts and dog leads etc I’m not happy I will consider limiting any further Karmine purchases for such poor service! Mustard leather clutch

Beautiful and soft as usual. I bought this clutch to use it as a pencil holder as I’ve to carry not only pencils and pens but laptop accessories as well. The clutch has a heavy duty zipper and the leather is as soft as a cloud.
