Shield Duo Deal

If you get you package that isn't leaking or looks like the box was sitting in someone's garage on the floor - then consider yourself lucky. This will be my last purchase- i have given several chances with high hopes of getting the high end product I pay for each time. I like the product but am tired of getting jacked up bottles and less product everytime I order. As I wait for customer service to "give me a response" to the pictures I provided showing the old dried and new product all over the inside of the ripped and tired box and bottles. I am out of product and money at the moment. Once they figure out who to blame then perhaps they will ship me new product? Or just refund my money and I will find a replacement from the hundreds of other shampoos & conditioners out there. Good luck folks!
