Defective screen protector

I purchased a screen protector. and unfortunately it doesn’t actually fit the whole screen precisely. as it should, or it is marketed. There’s a small crevice that I’ve noticed that bothers me incredibly. especially from a company that states its products fit precisely. I also had a very bad experience with the customer service. They’ve constantly tried to sway the conversation, as if there’s nothing wrong with a screen protector and refuse to provide acceptable customer service. When I asked if we could do an exchange, which I’m within the 30 days, but apparently their way of exchanging is they want me to buy another product and then I ship the other product back and wait for a refund. It’s definitely no Amazon when it comes to their shipping methods. I got to spend more money to get my money back, which is ridiculous and very tedious So everyone, please be aware that this is how their customer service is and how they handle disputes.

There must be about 3 million different types of plastic available these days. The stuff this iPhone case is made of is just right for the job. It’s tough and is easy to hold onto.
