Crossfalls Retractable Pressure Washer Ultra

The unit doesn't work, power button wasn't connected and ground fault cord trips out as soon as you try and start it. Filed a warranty claim and haven't heard from anyone in two days. Not surprised as I have been dealing with your Support Group on a leader hose replacement for over a month and still haven't gotten that resolved. When looking on line the issues I am having with the power washer are the same others have had as well.

This is my third Giraffe Tools pressure washer and it is far and away the best. I had the original retractable pressure washer they offered, then upgraded to the pro model. The pro lasted a little over three years of pretty frequent use then just stopped working one day. I looked at the alternative options such as the Active 2.3 wall mount setup as well as some others. However, nothing offered the auto retracting feature I wanted so I went with the new Ultra model. My first unit had an issue with the spring in the reel, but they shipped out a complete new unit with no need to ship anything back and it’s outstanding. For the money, I thing Giraffe offers some really great products.

So much better than my mobile pressure washer for washing cars. The extra GPM makes the foam nice and thick and the motor kicks in super quick. No hesitation when squeezing the trigger. The 50ft hose is plenty. Loving it.
