Total Archery: Inside the Archer – 3rd Edition

Very good information excellently explained and depicted. Focuses for all levels wishing to sharpen archery skills.

A nice complement to Jake's videos. Not only does it reinforce many of the concepts he teaches, but there are actually pictures of him in the book as well. It's also a good bedtime read. I'm about half through, and appreciate the relaxing pictures, conversational tone, and short chapters. At times, it can get a bit too wordy with "tough to describe" concepts. And even some picture captions have way more sentences than should be there. Maybe this can get refined in the next edition. Admittedly, it's tough to coach someone through printed pages. Also, I wish mine would have shipped in a box. It shipped in a padded bag and got a little scuffed on the corners. This is a good buy, regardless, and I'd be happy to receive it as a gift if I didn't buy it for myself already.
