The order itself is fine, but I’m very disappointed by the customer service. I ordered these items weeks before Christmas and paid for expedited shipping ($18) and it still came after Christmas. Customer service doesn’t answer emails until a week later, it was just a frustrating process.

I like the quality. It was as it was pictured on the website. I’m very happy with it and I think my boyfriend will love it.
