great matcha powder with a fruity taste. Very smooth, not bitter and with a bright green color. Consume as soon as possible otherwise it will oxidized quickly. It is good the powder comes in a zip lock bag that you can squeezed out most of the air out for storage.

Matcha quality is great! Just the custom process is a bit irritated. Staff is attentive they respond your questions.
