Smoked Gouda

This cheese saved my thanksgiving. I made a pot pie using a gluten free dessert crust that was way too sweet for chicken pot pie but the smoked flavor REALLY balanced it out. These cheeses have become my kitchen not so secret weapons, no matter how I mess a dish up, one of these flavors makes it taste amazing! For dishes that are too bland, 5 alarm is excellent too, I don’t normally like spicy foods but it isn’t too spicy once put in a casserole, salad, or coated with honey and eaten with watermelon for dessert! I am so grateful they ship their cheese, restricted diet but I can eat these products and they actually have me enjoying eating again.

Great with grapes, was not a huge fan of cheese (only allowed A2 dairy) till I found this website with A2 cheese and now it and fruit and salads are literally all I eat.
