awesome very comfortable. I had knee replacement on both knees and I have to wear shoes that are very comfortable not to cushioned not too firm. I used to run for Nike for 22 years in the marathon then I jumped over to the Iron Man did 12 of those I’m just saying these flips are very comfortable, I had to buy two pair💥‼️
