Sizing issue

Hi, these shoes are on their way to you being returned as the sizing is incorrect. My son is always a 13 in sambas but these are way too big, they are made in Cambodia not Indonesia like his others. Your staff has been helpful so far but I really hope I won’t have to pay extra to change to the size 12 as I think this might be a quality control issue. Regards Pene
