My Luteal Phase Go-To

I’ve been using Yoni Eggs for years now and Ironically, this 4th Egg completes my collection in-terms of working with their frequencies for each phase of the menstrual cycle. Ironic because it’s the one I’m using the most now! This has been the most supportive Egg. Not so much physically for pelvic floor (they all do that) but I do feel its emotionally and energetically grounding for me which has been great in the Luteal and pre-bleed phase.
