I just started taking the black seed oil and I must say it’s very strong and potent. I am able to tolerate the taste. I take this once a day, four days a week due to the strength of this oil. It burns slightly after consumption but I drink water or juice afterwards. Overall, I’m looking forward to the effects this has and see how my body reacts to it.
