Robe didn't fit
My daughter was so excited for her robe but it didn't fit. I reached out to customer support but, by the time they responded, it was too late. The robe had been washed in hopes to shrink it and they wouldn't exchange it for another. I will not order from your company again nor will I recommend you to anyone else.

I got a size large & it fits a little oversized because I’m 5 ft & my belly isn’t that big but I love that it feels like a warm hug all around you. Really cozy!
