Robes in Sage

Poor customer service response.

I ordered a bundle box that had stuff for my husband, our baby on the way and myself. Some of the stuff that I ordered was out of stock when my order was in the process of being fulfilled. So somebody reached out and they were fantastic and then gave me the options that I had for a replacement items. I absolutely lived and appreciated this. And the materials that I received are very soft very breathable and I think they’re gonna work out very well when it comes time for me to give birth. However, the newborn outfit that I had picked came with a bow and a hat. I only received the hat and I have reached out to customer service multiple emails and nobody has reached back out to me. I find this to be extremely frustrating. And it completely contradicts the start of my experience. So for this, I gave the review three stars because I do like what I received, but the point of the order was to have an outfit for the newborn pictures in the hospital and I don’t want to have to do them with a hat. I would rather have a bow because I am having a girl.

I was very comfortable in my labor gown. The only thing I would change is to have the sleeves button up. That way if you are already hooked up to an IV then you don’t have to be un-hooked to put the gown on like I did. Other than that it was perfect!

Super soft material , so much better than the ugly rough hospital gowns ! Loving it for postpartum as well!!
