Remote won't record sound.

I have a ticket in to customer service because when I remove the SD card and put it in the computer it won't record sound. They walked me through a few things to try with no luck. Still waiting to hear back about my ticket. It's already been about 4 or 5 days since I reported this. Maybe since I believe it's refurbished. I don't know but I would like to resolve this situation soon.

Took forever to get to me.

I needed a new cord for my controller to my phone. I use my drone for work, it seems the ONLY source for the cord is RUKO. Cords are the weakest items when it comes to drones. I had the same issue with DJI. So I wanted to make sure I had a backup, the cord/cable only comes in a package of three, two of which I have NO need. So to have three backup cables I have to buy nine cables, six of which are useless…and I finally lost track of how long it took to receive them. Since I use my drone for work, I finally bought a second drone just to get another cable.
