My case was falling apart frok the rubber edges. I submitted a warranty claim through the site and I got a fast response the next day. Within the week I received a new case free of charge, I had the case for 2 years. I would highly recommend buying frok here as I will do so when I get a newer phone.

The vase is good in my opinion and isnt iser friendly. The case is buldged in the center of the back and when placed down the phone spins like a top! There is no grip on the sides or back and is a smooth matte finish. It's slippery to hold. That said this case offer very good protection and UAG customer service and warranty support is top notch.
