Dunk Tank

If you’re reading this review… Do yourself a favor and do not buy anything from this company. They have absolutely the worst customer service. They make promises that they have no intention of following through on. The product that I received was not what I ordered. When I asked for a return authorization and prepaid shipping label to return it for a full refund, I was ignored. Learn from me and don’t waste your money, you will not be happy with the outcome.

Awesome

The bucket is convenient but the grill brush head arrived broken and i cannot get the company to answer my emails. In fact, they make it difficult to try to even contact them! I would expect better customer service considering the price of their products.
