I suffered from pain in my knees for several years, probably from arthritis. When I complained about that to my chiropractor, he recommended that I take Bone Complex twice a day. I'm not sure when that was, but I think it was in 2011. The pain disappeared shortly after I began taking Bone Complex, and has not returned. I take many supplements. There are only three for which I can say, with assurance, that the product has made a difference for me. Bone Complex is one of them.

Bone Complex was suggested by my doctor after compression fractures and having been diagnosed with osteoporosis in November of 2021. I have made many other changes in diet and been in physical therapy and prayer - in addition. I have not had another bone scan but have made a lot of progress…much less pain and better freedom of movement.
