There are many great varieties of coffee. Personally I like Tarrazu from Costa Rica!

Wonderful beans

Have been roasting these beans every 10 days for about one year. They are consistently wonderful. If I miss a roast date and then ran out of my roasted beans, I have a backup bag of Starbucks French roast which I now consider barely drinkable. I always allow three days rest after roasting to develop full flavor
