Everyone I dealt with at Heirloom was great! So neat to see all the old family videos again. Had trouble with the online website moving files to family and friends. I would think the technology there could be improved slightly. I look forward to the editing software that company representatives informed me of, that is suppose to come out by the end of the year. I will certainly use this company in the future.

Amazingly simple and effective process! Having digital backups of things that I would be heartbroken to lose brings an incredible amount of peace of mind. Plus, getting to show my kids old videos without having to excavate antique technology is awesome.
