Disappointed doesn't seem to work for my dog.

My rescue dog has a fear of men coming into the house. She growls and bares her teeth ( not all of the time ) in fear aggression. However I have been giving her the tablets for 10 days now and I don't see any change in her behaviour. Any other suggestions ?
