Initial Heart Birthstone Necklace

The necklace was a perfect gift and gorgeous. Truly appreciated the timely manner in which is was delivered and the consistent updates.

Initially, I never received my order. The customer service was excellent. They were in constant communication and re-sent my order, which I finally received.

First off, this whole stack is from Dorado. I love all the pieces I’ve purchased so far (including a tennis bracelet and matching anklet). I wasn’t expecting the initial with heart piece to take as long as it did to deliver, but when I expressed my concern, the people at dorado let me know it will take longer because it’s a custom piece which eased my mind. I will be purchasing again soon!
