Love it!

Just slightly digs into my shoulders. The shoulder stitched parts, the edges, dig into the shoulders a bit due to the weight. If they were more padded these would be awesome. Also, I'm not sure how easy this will be the clean off sweat. It can only be spot cleaned.

Weighted Vest

Love my new weighted vest! I bought the 30lbs one for my walks and it has humbled me. Great addition to my work plan. Very comfortable to wear.

Works well as advertised, no issues

I bought the 12lb vest. The package arrived quickly and intact. I was able to adjust the vest for a secure fit. For reference, I am a 5'7 130lb woman, 34C, and the straps are pulled tight all the way (someone smaller might not get a good fit). The vest doesn't move around while walking 3.8-4 mph at 12%-15% incline on a treadmill, but I think it would bounce around if used while running. The vest is pretty breathable, although I haven't yet tried it in the summer heat. Satisfied with my purchase.
