Too small & can't return/exchange

I followed the size guide online and the "small" should fit me with room, but it does not.

Well made cute bra, but not for me

This bra is well made, cute, and would be functional on someone with smaller breasts, but for me (F cup) it just doesn’t have enough lift or support. The skinny straps are also uncomfortable with my larger bust. Would be great for someone who’s not looking for lift or who has smaller bust!
