Disappointed !

On the website it’s says white cow hair boots , not the case I received them in black and white and they also say to size up 1/2 if your unsure of the size. I wear a 7 1/2 ordered a 8 and they fit like a size 10 ! Sent them back tried to actually exchange them but they did have the color shown on their website , very disappointing! There a beautiful boot though.. just didn’t want black and white.
