I 1st heard of Traumeel when a personal trainer recommended it, having herself used it following recommendation from a physiotherapist. I am so pleased to have found it as it has become my go to product for muscle aches and strains, bruises etc. I find it works very well and avoids the stomach issues which I sometimes experience if using ibuprofen gel or tablets or Voltarol gel. I’ve been using it for a couple of years and was impressed with how quickly microbiohealth were able to deliver it as I had previously struggled for delivery in the UK
