Works well

This works well for discrete reusable heat or ice for abdomen pain. One thing is getting the pack to the back of the underwear, it’s “open” in the lining so it can slip down. Other than that, I have been recommending these to my friends and family.

I wrote my initial review without the whole story. I don’t get periods anymore, I ordered my heat and ice packs and underwear for vaginal reconstruction post op care. I had terrible cramps post-op the heat packs and ice pack helped and so did the underwear that didn’t bind at my legs or waist. The pads stay in place with the pants you replaced. The comfort was totally unexpected and so appreciated. I wasn’t allowed to wear anything but pads to catch the bleeding for 8 weeks post op. I can’t thank Nysa enough for being there when I needed them. I plan on giving the panties and heat packs to my daughter when I’m finished using them. She has expressed that she’d love to have them.
