I contacted Zalman for a replacement side glass panel that I broke, fully expecting to have to pay for it. The case was a refurbished case when I bought it, so not even brand new. The rep that I communicated with informed me that they would replace it for free, and that all I had to do was pay for shipping. It got shipped quickly and arrived like brand new. It was a very unexpected surprise, and I'm very happy with the experience. This is the type of customer service experience that will keep me buying Zalman products for years to come.
