Cumin Spice Cheddar

I absolutely love the earthiness of the cumin. It gives such a unique taste - this cheese doesn't even need a cracker to enhance the experience. Gorgeous flavour that isn't too sharp or dull; the cumin brings the strength of the cheese up so the cheese itself doesn't need to be too aged to have a nice distinguished flavour, and the classic slightly salty cheddar tones are still present. Easily one of my favourites.
