I’m using 18 g of coffee & water at 198°, aiming for a 36 g shot in 40 seconds or so. (The first 10 seconds are taken up with a pre-infusion.) I am grateful to Claw Coffee for producing nutty, sweet espresso! A great way to start the day!

Great flavor coffee. I use this in my moka pot every morning. It always turns out great. I love that this one can be used as coffee or espresso.
