Bought a bundle of bags at the Excel baby show. It was amazing to speak to the owner and see how passionate they are about their products. Myself and my partner loved their bags and found it difficult to choose between their amazing designs and ended up mixing and matching.

Fantastic experience

I bought a diaper bag from Gigil and they were the easiest company to deal with. I had to send the bag back at first because of some damage, which happens and I don’t fault them for it. What was so amazing was the customer service I received. It is so refreshing when you call and a company and an actual human answers the phone right away, no machines. They were very apologetic for the inconvenience and sent a replacement out right away. I even made the mistake of sending my old one back without putting any information in the box. They went out of their way to locate my return and handle everything for me. I would absolutely shop with them again.
