Incorrect Parts and Poor Customer Service

The screws that came with the kit do not fit in with the parts from the crib, and the manual seems to be for a completely different product than what the kit is made for. I have been trying to get this resolved with customer service for going on two weeks via email because they required me to send them a video proving that the parts do not fit. They are extremely slow to respond. I had to spend more money and buy a generic bed frame to push up against the headboard just so my daughter had somewhere to sleep. I wish I had read the other reviews before purchasing so I could have avoided this headache by just buying her an all new bed from somewhere else. Very disappointed all around and would absolutely not recommend this product.

Honestly you have to buy extra parts to make it work. I was super disappointed in every single aspect of this purchase.

Pointless - you need the slats that go across

The bed is not sturdy once you convert it. Disappointing to spend what we did on this crib and conversion kit only to have to purchase a whole new full bed because you have to buy so many pieces in order to make this functional to use your mattress on.
