Great!

These work very well for our 4yo, neurodivergent child who has a lot of issues winding down at bedtime. They taste good so kiddo views them as a treat instead of a supplement/med. Wish they did come with a child safe/proof cap though. Since they do taste so good, we keep them hidden & out of reach.
