Tangy, salty, and very lightly sweet
Tangy, salty, very lightly sweet with a good, strong licorice flavor. It's like and unlike the ones with red food dye and aspartame, you can taste the real thing that all the fakes were based off of and made to be cheaper and easier to make. This is the real thing, and while it is pretty pricey, it's worth doing it to know what the og plum powder really tastes like. We love it on strawberries and ripe melon and mango

Shangi Taiwanese Plum powder
I like your all natural Plum fermented because it no chemical or preservatives, artificial color or flavor. That is the main reason I like your product. Also it is taste very good even a little bit salty because I use it a lot. I'm not suppose to eat salty. When I finish I will reorder again. I will recommend to my friend about your Plum powder.

Magic in a Bottle!
I spent 2 weeks in Taiwan and absolutely fell in love with the plum powder I found at a breakfast place to sprinkle on slices of guava... but forgot to buy some when I left! I was so happy that you guys carried it and the taste in this little jar is just so nostalgic and wonderful, and even better than what I had before! Thank you so much for the joy I feel everytime I get to sprinkle fruit with this magically tart powder! <3
