Christmastide Pomegranate Fleece Blanket

Blanket great! Golden Hour communication/customer service,,, bad!

Ordered some gifts from the shop for Christmas. The holiday came and went and I received/heard nothing. Reached out a few days after and they said something about one of my items being different than photographed so they wanted to check with me before moving forward with the order. Well at that point it was a bit too late. Christmas had passed. We 86'd the item but kept the blanket, which they shipped over a week later. I asked for a refund on shipping and they gave me half back. I requested they submit refund for all of shipping since it took over two weeks for them to ship and over three weeks for us to receive the blanket. Never heard from them. Very likely won't be ordering from them again. Anyway, the blanket is pretty! Big fan.
