I have had the most wonderful experience with shopping at Estori! Not only are all of your pieces absolutely beautiful, they are beautifully packaged and thoughtfully made. The quality of these pieces are amazing! When the Fourth Wing collection came out, I made many separate orders (some things sold out so I would have to wait to order in a separate order instead of all together). Your team saw this, reached out, and refunded me any "extra" money I spent shipping since I would have ordered it all in one order had I been able to, therefore spending the amount necessary for free shipping. That spoke volumes to me, especially since you guys reached out to me to do that - thinking of the customer first! Truly, it made my experience even better.
