I have been taking this regularly for several weeks now. I'm still having issues with sleep...waking up 1 or 2 times at night to go to the bathroom. I'm also taking your magnesium supplement and using Julva which I love.

One Difference

I was initially reluctant to submit a review because I didn't really know if I had anything to offer. I began taking VB Probiotics as a preventative measure. I did not suffer from bladder infections, urinary tract infections, bladder leaking or anything, actually. I wanted to be sure I did my best to prevent as much as possible. What I did notice was a change in the capacity of my bladder. I was shocked when I went to urinate, how much there was without even feeling very full. It was just a surprise. I will continue using the product to see what other surprises there may be!
