The original idea when I heard lime butter was confusion, but the product itself is amazing. It’s like a firm lime curd with a great texture. I put it on pastries, toast, and as a citrus accent with other dishes. It sounds odd but is so good (so ‘Ono)

I purchased these delicious butters for possible Christmas gifts. They are so good!! I will definitely purchase more for family members for the holidays. I know they will absolutely love them as much as I do. My Aunt in Hilo made the Lilikoi Butter decades ago and yours reminds me of hers! So yummy
