In LOVE with these shorts
Absolutely have lived in these supersoft shorts since getting them. Very flattering, hardly wrinkle - great for a cute casual summer outfit, WFH, or lounging on the couch.

Great fabric and hemline, odd fit
I really wanted to love these. They are extremely comfortable and the fabric feels very high quality and is so soft. The cut on the bottom of the shorts is perfection. However, I could not figure out where these should sit, as the inseam is pretty short and then there is a lot of fabric on the top of the short. They either sat up under my bra line or were very saggy in between the legs. Additionally, there are hidden pockets in the back the created lumps on the backside. Going down a size to fix the saggy issue would have made the pocket situation even worse. Would love these if there were a few adjustments made.

Flattering cut…but way to tight in the waistband
I loved the cut of these shorts. However, in small the waistband was so tight I could hardly breathe. These shorts are 2” smaller in the waist than the other style of Varley shorts in the Double Soft fabric. Too bad…these are shorter and the side cut is very flattering. If I sized up these shorts would have way too much volume. I have this problem with quite a few Varley bottoms..sadly I had to return.
