Super Nova LED Machine Lamp + 120 Kg Pull Magnetic Base

The Super Nova is Superb!

I use this for my Powermatic 15” bandsaw but it has a lot of versatility around my shop. I can also use it as a secondary light source on my 2436 lathe when needed. It makes for a good raking light when I’m applying spray finishes on many projects. It has great holding power and I like the long gooseneck that stays put no matter what position you place it. The only thing that I’ve noticed is that the light comes on about a split second behind pressing the light switch. This is well worth the money.

Excellent. Very strong magnetic base. Range of flexibility also is excellent. Lighting is bright. My garage shop is well lit but this light is turned on before turning on the lathe.

Product improvement suggestions: 1. The light is bright and very white. Consider adding a dimmer to allow the user to adjust the light intensity. 2. The gooseneck is a little limp so it's a little hard to fine-tune the position of the light. Consider swapping the existing gooseneck for one that's a little 'stiffer' so the light will stay where I want it pointed. Dan Hogan
