Blue Lightning Snapback

I love the album. Buttt the hat was just ridiculous! They sent me the wrong hat. It was not the one I ordered. And when I reached out to customer service to send me the correct, they asked me to send back the hat first and then they would send the correct one. Which I did. But the way the customer service went about it was horrible. They didn’t apologize. They didn’t offer me any discount for my inconvenience. They just didn’t even try to make it right in any kind of way. And the album was damaged. The corners were scuffed and bent. And I didn’t even want to inform customer service about it because I didn’t want to go through a whole other fiasco. So what I would say is I love Koe Wetzel and will continue to buy merch from Koe Wetzel but whoever they got running the merch sucks! And should do way better.

Hubby loved it! Were big Koe fans and this hat is a perfect additionnto his collection

This is the best fittinf baseball cap I’ve ever purchased. The only thing is I can’t tell if the stitching is dark navy blue or black. Either eay I love it!
